Welcome to the Dumbarton Town Centre Public Consultation

West Dunbartonshire Council has appointed a project team to deliver the planning, design and technical studies for the redevelopment of Dumbarton Town Centre, focussed on the Artizan Centre.

We have now progressed the design options sufficiently in order to get the public’s views.

Two in-person consultation events will take place at 48 High Street, Artizan Centre, Dumbarton on: 24th August 2023 (3pm-7pm); and, 28th September 2023 (3pm-7pm).

During the consultation event, members of the project team will be on hand to explain the work done so far and the options being considered.

The exhibition boards to be displayed at the first event will be available to download here (from 24 August). FAQs are also set out within this website at the corresponding page.

Members of the public are invited to also complete the questionnaire located at the “Feedback/Contact Us” page of the website (from 24 August 2023). The deadline for all questionnaire responses is 5pm on 09 October 2023.
